Congratulations on qualifying for the American Legion State Tournament. Westby Legion Baseball is looking forward to being your host this year.

Teams will be housed in Westby and Viroqua. Regional Winners shall contact the Tournament Director for housing assignments. Also pictures of teams and a copy of their Form 1s will be needed for the program no later than Monday July 30^th. If you are using email, please use both cvpstcmd@mwt.net and vscrek@mwt.net to ensure information is received.

All games will be played at Veterans Memorial Park in Coon Valley. Teams arre asked to park on Park St on the west end of town. Equipment will be loaded onto Gators to the field for the teams. Coaches are asked to meet with Tournament Director at least 45 minutes prior to game time for coin flip. Home team will be in the 3^rd bae dugout, except Host team will always use 3^rd base dugout. Visiting team will have infield/outfield 30 minutes prior to game time, home team will have it 20 minutes prior to game time for 10 minutes. Water, ice, and towels will be furnished for each dugout.

All teams are asked to participate in full uniform for the official Opening Ceremonies at 7:30PM on August 3^rd prior to the Host team’s first game. Photographer will be present for team pictures and action shots will be taken during tournament play and will be for sale.

There will be 2 practice fields available in Westby. The city field is located on the corner of Highland and Market streets and the high school jv field located on the west end of Highland St. Both fields have batting cages.

Covered shelter houses will be available in the Coon Valley Park adjacent to the field for team meetings and gatherings
